Wilmoths Citroen Guildford

Friendly and attentive Company. Sam was excellent in ensuring our purchase was to our satisfaction. Would certainly recommend buying from Wilmoths Guildford.
Decided to buy another brand new Citroen and Sam came up with the goods. On specifying what I wanted, luck had it that a car matching exactly what I wanted was being delivered on the back of a transporter!!
Brilliant service and picked it up the following week.

Daniel at Wilmoths Citroen was very helpful and well informed. I had sent an email a few days before asking for specific information about the Citroen C3 and he answered all my questions in detail so we made an appointment to visit today.
I wish all car salesmen were like Daniel! He didn't keep us waiting when we arrived but came out as soon as we'd parked, had rememberd our names, had the cars we wanted to see ready and available, knew the details and prices without having to look it up, and listened to what we said rather than coming out with a long and boring prepared sales speech. He answered all our questions fully and honestly. Also he didn't put pressure on us to pay a deposit at once but allowed us time to think about it.
So a 5-star rating for Wilmoths.

I am still waiting for acknowledgement and recompense for fitting the wrong diesel filter, causing much stress and inconvenience over the last year. Another Citroen garage has identified the problem and I have had to pay for the correct part to be fitted.

Very bad company. I went to do MOT they broke my front view window, told me to claim the insurance and after give them receipt they will pay back me. But finally, they didn’t reply me and email, call. Never use this company again.
P.S the service manager call Merv Gough, never return me mail and call. No responsibility for the customer.

They were great had to book a last min MOT due to a slight medical issue. They got me in even though they didn't have much space. Decided to get a service done as well. Reasonable price and added bonus they cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Would use them again without question. Also the receptionist is amazing

Took my van last minute and the Guildford branch was and is closing down but still fitted my van in for a full service the next day fantastic and save me from travelling to workingham where all the staff have been relocated to fantastic staff and still managed to smile
