This lady is amazing, she turned my Nanas coat into something which fits and looks beautiful! I'm wearing it for the first time today, can't wait. she is very talented indeed, the cost was very low and unexpected for what I got, very good value indeed.

Also the customer service was phenomenal, Isabelle is friendly, lovely, I didn't want to leave the shop.

This lady lacks professionalism! I took in a few garments to be altered and a couple of wedding dresses to be dry cleaned. I was quoted a price for the wedding dresses and informed that should the price change when she has taken them in to the dry cleaners, she would call me and let me know .

My mum went into her shop for her own alterations and she told her to pass on the message that one of my dresses has been deemed to be a wedding dress and not an evening gown but did not tell her about any price difference.
I went in to collect the dresses and was surprised to be charged £40 more. When I questioned this, she attacked the situation with a raised voice and insisted that she had told my mom. My point was that she had not told her the price had changed and had not called me to inform me of any price change as she promised she would. She refused to apologise for this and continued to argue, in front of other customers.

To top it off, the wedding dresses were still dirty at the bottom.

Stay away from this business. Although she does have little talent in her trade, her people skills are appalling!

Fantastic Service!
Took daughters bridesmaids dress for alteration on Tuesday and it was altered and ready by Friday morning.
It was an adult dress ,which was too small across her back,and when it was altered it fitted perfectly and looked lovely..
Cannot recommend this service enough,the woman who does the alterations fills you with confidence and remains calm in the most stressful situations.

Very happy with the work done to the collar on my coat. Also fixed zip on my partners jacket & sorted his work trousers. Thanks done a good job. Recommend and be back again. Also staff very nice, friendly.

I took a pair of jeans in for a repair I returned when i thought they would be ready. I presented my ticket only to be given 2 pairs of someone else jeans. Since then it's been one thing after another holidays,lost scraps of paper with information on it. I have been in 4/6 times over the last 2/3 months. She was going to source some replacement jeans which haven't appeared and on my last visit today she wanted get replacement jeans of e-bay which I wasn't happy about. So have left without anything but this bad experience and a pair of missing wrangler jeans..

Fantastic alterations to suit trousers and jacket at short notice.

Quality of workmanship was excellent, and she is a lovely lady too!
