Oliver Bonas

A nice addition to The Promenade Cheltenham.
The store has an eclectic mix of clothing, jewellery and homeware.
They also sell greetings cards so looks set to be a great place to go for last minute present buying!

Their is one lady in this branch of Oliver Bonas who is particularly nice, she is a local lady (I don't know her name), she has longish brown hair & always wears an Oliver Bonas head band in her hair she is very helpful. I come back because she is so helpful & I love everything in Oliver Bonas.

I visited the other day to see if they had some earrings in stock that had sold out on their website. A lovely girl on till looked through their off floor stock and managed to find the last pair. I was thrilled. Thank you :) Would recommend this store

Love this shop and used to purchase goods on a regular basis. Unfortunately since lockdown they only except credit card as payment!!!! Some of us still like to use cash!!! I guess it's the shops loss!!!!

Very disappointing that the shop shut early (4o'clock rather than 6) when picking up my click and collect. Would be useful to update the online store opening times accordingly

Staff didn't acknowledge that I had walked into their empty shop, nor did they ask me if I needed help. I felt invisible.
