I love this shop, always some true sales on most brands..
I was more satisfied with the level of customer service which was absolutely excellent ..
The layout of the shop is pretty easy to navigate..

Brought quite a few pieces from this branch earlier today, and all staff was really helpful throughout the store.
I was mainly helped by a young lady called Molly which made me leave a review (my first review for a clothing brand), she had a 10/10 customer service skill and had information for the things I brought.
Very good team and would recommend holister as a brand, doesn’t break the bank and good value for money.
Well done everyone and keep up the good work.

Nice clothes, unlike many other clothing stores that you may find the typical chav or street rat lurking in, this store has a nice alternative feel to it with clothes that have a style unlike many other clothes shops, until recently I had never known about or bought from this company before, but moving into the future I see myself buying most of my clothing from here now, I am a 37 year old male, so while I don't have young taste I'm also not too old and out of touch with fashion, I hope! I think all the clothes they sell anyway all look great, well there's some items I wouldn't touch but I could easily spend hundreds in here

The service was very slow. On top of that, their changing rooms are always locked and you need to call an employee to try stuff on everytime.

Shop floor has excellent service and cleanliness is not an issue here.

However the cargos o bought from this place faded after 1 wash. Their customer service team is not nearly as helpful as their store staff. But even then the store gets a bad rep cos what the online team blames them for.

Hollister Stratford- brilliant place, variety of awesome clothes to choose from. Friendly staff, always willing to put their customers first -100%. Would definately recommend a visit or 10! Love it! ❤

Great store just like any other hollister thats one of the reasons i love the place. You know where to find everything no matter the store. Had a great 30% sale on so got a few good deals

Nice items and good price during boxing day

Feels overpriced and not much variety in store compared to the online options.

It's getting harder to find stores that hold good stock so you can get a feel for the quality and fit without buying several items and then returning a bunch, if not all.

Not very green!
