Very poor customer experience which is a shame as I loved this brand previously. Trying to shop whilst the staff were loudly sniping about another customer is very off-putting and unacceptable customer service. Everyone in the shop was taken aback by their attitude, particularly having worked in customer service myself. We returned all our items and did not make a purchase as a result. On the way out one shop assistant called "your loss"! Hope these girls aren't on commission!

Kicked my friend out for being a little immature, proceeded to give my friend "managerial advice" for talking to the staff about it. And then said your loss when we left when we were going to purchase some items. Nice shop but unfortunately disgraceful customer service.

What a lovely little place this is. We have been here twice now. There is something for everyone (females only) and every occasion. Me and sis brought things for her room and for the flat. Such pretty things. Admittedly some of the items are a bit pricey but worth it. Staff are very friendly. It is about 3 minutes walk away from the Wimbledon tram stop in the Centre court shopping centre. We ❤ OB

Cool stuff but a lot of it is very overpriced, particularly the clothes & the furniture. (Worth waiting for the sales!) I bought a nice pair of gold plated earrings and 2 weeks later they haven't broken or turned my ears green, so I'm pleased! I'd buy a lot more of their stuff if the prices reflected the quality though.

Just popped into pick up that extra little gift which you know you will find at Oliver Bonas. Had my 2 yr so try to do it as quick as possible as you normally get a sense of judgement shopping with a toddler, not today. The lovely lady with turtle shell glasses, was so lovely to us my daughter, which meant a lot. Thank you
