Beautiful place, nice and fairly priced clothing for ladies, men and kids.

Wasn't exactly impressed with customer service. But good clothes.

My office is like 5 mins from this store so I am a frequent visitor.The store looks open and big. It is clean at all times. Well , I never needed any assistance with clothes so can't really comment on their customer service.
Collection - There is a wide variety to choose from.
Sale - I picked up few clothes during sale and they were really good. I got good discount on some clothes.
The store isn't as busy as it should be given it's prime location.

Beautifully set up, clean and unlike in the U.S. there aren’t clothes lying about EVERYWHERE. I will say there’s an obvious difference of what is sold here vs the US. Less of the dress down here. Did find it funny to see a Wisconsin sweatshirt as the other choice next to Los Angeles. If you’ve been to both places you would understand why.

My favourite H&M, great selection of clothes- I always find what I'm looking for there. It's also less busy than Oxford Street but it has all the smart and casual styles I'd possibly need. Very reasonably priced ladies clothes. I don't think there is a children/ baby section there.

What a waste of space in the city. Floor is left with little stock and loads of empty space. So they get that another retailer near by has closed so more business for sure. The stock on floor is pitiful.

Slowest service ever. Staff are lazy and dont enjoy working I was standing in the queue to buy something for a while and the lady think it’s a good idea to have a full length conversation. Also when I went in I asked for work trousers and she said there was none and I double checked and I found some and when I confronted her, her excuse was “ I’m new” appalling.

Went to the One New Change store 13/01/23 5:50pm to do a really straightforward refund (presented the 2 items for return & my receipt all intact and with clothes in perfect condition- never worn) and encountered the most breathtakingly rude cashier.
She asked me where the labels were (I was only aware we have to return the items and receipts?) and I said they were in the bag. She asked me where I got them (!?) I said Brixton, she just repeated the word, then she more or less ignored me throughout the whole transaction while her colleague right next to her greeted customers and made fun polite conversation. I certainly picked the wrong line on that occasion. Won’t go back there, too negative an experience when there are so many nicer professionals in the world to interact with.
