UNIQLO Watford

Glad to see this opening and already i have bought a few things, but was trying to buy some trousers on Thursday morning 10am after bringing back a pair already for not fitting, only to be told that the changing rooms were not available, and i would have to go upstairs and use those, highly inconvenient especially if i needed an alternative size, and also wanted to buy other items to match ? There were more staff at this time than customers ? Come on Uniqlo if you have changing rooms people need to use them !

Really rude store assistant shouted at me and my elderly mother today to get out of the (apparently closed) fitting room, even though there were no signs saying it was shut.
She continued to shout and tell us to leave even when she could see we were getting our things together.
The experience was upsetting and really ruined a nice shopping trip.
We'd had excellent customer service by another lady upstairs but this was ruined by the unprofessional and rude attitude of this other woman. She should not work in retail!

staff are rude, unhelpful and i was racially profiled in store. i'm never going back.

Good clothes, rudest staff in Watford. Self checkout tills a constant problem. I think i’ll go somewhere else next time.

Quality and price, not a match. Better off going to Hollister or Primark

Who’s the buyer for this store? All the trousers are the same length (34) and nothing more than the basics being stocked

Having in your policy that an item cannot be returned in store should not be allowed. Unfortunately I will not buy again at Uniqlo

They do not accept refunds for items bought online. I doubt that is legal, but even if it is, this is unethical. I don't think I will be buying here anymore.
