Great local store, it’s got Gap Adults, Gapkids and babyGap, Gfit and Gapbody. I always get a bargain with the special GapVIP email or use the Gap+ app for an extra 5% off your transaction. What else do you need. Great service if I need any help. Love the denim.

Very helpful staff; the last item in my size had a mark on it and I couldn't find another one, but the staff spent a decent amount of time looking around in the back and found another unmarked one for me. Also they had a good promotion running on all items at the time too

Great place to buy kids clothes, good quality guaranteed. With Gap, always shop there during sales periods, they always have a pretty decent sale on. In this store the there is a pretty decent size section dedicated to kids clothes, so i'd certainly recommend if you are looking for the Gap kids range. Not always cheap, but quality certain. I like Gap Kids and Zara for kids and for mens clothes in general.

Amazing Gap branch with lots of offers! I was extremely surprised as I have never seen Gap this cheap before! Many items across all ranges of women, men and childrens clothes were between 70-90% off and some items were buy one get one half price! I brought 2 £24.99 sweaters for £10.49 as they were £6.99 but one was half price due to the offer (would have been near £50 without a sale on) Moreover, this Gap is conveniently located between Bank and Monument Stations with Fenchurch Street nearby. Due to how quiet it is, the store is very tidy and well stocked. The sales racks are organised too! That's a lot of peace of mind! The customer service here is brilliant and the staff are very friendly and helpful! I was served very professionally! Social distancing measures are strictly in place with all employees wearing some form of PPE! The store is clean as well! Overall, I strongly recommend this Gap branch to you its amazing and now is the time to upgrade your wardrobe due to the absolute bargains you can get! I saw a £99 for £38 but unfortunately it wasn't in my size! Various Jeans are on offer for £8-£15 too!

Love this branch of The Gap - friendly staff makes shopping there a pleasure.
Good selection of classic Gap styles which make for wardrobe essentials.
Well worth a visit.

Staff not really welcome , they just stand in the tills talking to each others , not really care about customers , and if you approache asking for a item, they give typical answer : if is not there we don't have 😏 . Why not put posters around the shop informing customers "if you don't see it , don't ask " . Good you still have a job in the till. But still buy some stuff for my daughter , I did find myself .

Great friendly staff. Good quality well made clothes. Shame the brand is disappearing off the high st. Thanks to those who kept voting for lock down. 1000s more young peoples' jobs disappear 😞

Staff made mistake considering buy 3 get 4th free. I never got 4th free, two days later, I came to the shop to sort it out.
Unhelpful staff, didn’t sort it out and pretty much said it’s my fault.
I didn’t want to buy 3 items for full price, I did it only to get 4th one for free.
What else to expect from big companies and their employees.
I am very disappointed in GAP, especially after long time since they traded in full capacity, they penalise customers who were happy to support them financially.
