Starbucks Coffee

Love this location, I go most mornings before work and everyone who works there makes it a really nice place to be. I was served today by Adam who was lovely, but truly everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. They also usually have cold brew through the colder months, which I really appreciate.

I go here a lot before work and with me mother sometimes in my days off and always have a lovely experience, the staff are all so lovely. I was served the other day by Emily I think their name is and they are always especially lovely and full of smiles, truly makes it a nice place to go, coffee is always 10/10

I came here on 23rd October approx 1pm. I've been so busy so I haven't gotten around to leaving a review. I was blown away by the customer service of a female member of staff. You have a regular customer, an elderly man named 'H' who meets his friend and is clearly known to the staff and this particular member of staff kept him company whilst he waited. I think her name was Alexa, although I'm not 100% certain. She made sure he was comfortable, chatted with him and went above and beyond. The other three people I was with, observed her with this gentleman. It is a very rare thing to see these days, somebody going that extra mile with such kindness and humanity. It was really very lovely.,

went to get a coffee with my boyfriend, the man with the dark hair behind the counter was rude and abrupt to my boyfriend. maybe if you’re having a bad day greeting customers with that attitude is not the way forward. a part from that the drinks and atmosphere was nice, just a shame he made us feel uncomfortable at the beginning.

It's hard to have a good choice of food in a coffee shop 😉. Love eggnog coffee, the only coffee shop to get it from in Worcester at the moment!

Great place to meet for coffee. Lovely and spacious, never seems too busy.
