Costa Coffee

Staff polite enough but there were many tables full of used crockery etc and I had to clear a table. That's not acceptable whether we are in pandemic or endemic status....cleaning is cleaning in any event and front of house responsibilities should be maintained to a good standard level. Maybe it was a one off...it was 4pm but saying that it shouldn't matter what time of day it was should it? I would've left but my daughter wanted to treat me!

Morning coffee always great to have before going work, sometimes busy and ques are with regular old ladies out for the morning sun, they love their cakes and teas :) good to see them joyful for a coppa, and staff always helpful, cheerful and on spot with extra service fast and cordial. Yes, definitely stop by, family friendly also :)

Had a nice hot chocolate today t just eat delivery thing I don't understand is every hot chocolate I've had always had cream and marshmallows in them come on rugeley please do the same 🙂

Great place to pop have a coffee snack..and a bit of socialising

Staff act like they don't want to know .
And that makes you want to leave .
The place just isn't like it was .
Your better off going Starbucks, the only problem is Rugeley doesn't have one

The staff are so friendly especially the one girl she always takes time to chat and ask after my dog
