Costa Coffee

It was quiet off peak when I visited here and the service was awful. Teenage staff who avoid and blank the customers instead of serving them promptly. They shouldn't be wearing false lashes in a food establishment. No one wants to see a false lash floating carefree in their coffee. When they do eventually serve you they are very slow and you can feel yourself ageing. Tables not cleared promptly even when it's quiet. Lack of management and dirty tables. Not the usual Costa I'm used to. Avoid.

Oh so slow, painfully slow, unacceptably slow service. If there's is a next time I'm going through the drive through then go and sit inside! Seems there's a preference to serve the drive through customers first

Asked for a toblerone hot chocolate, received a latte instead. Been to this place a fair few times. A little shocking that they've got this wrong. I recommend this place, just make sure you've got the correct thing before you drive off.

Went into our newest Costa today at Morrisons Newcastle under Lyme.
NO DAIRY ALTERNATIVES AT ALL!
Can you believe that, really!
Being vegan we had no choice but to leave without our Soya lattes.
We also lost out on buying our coffee today, 20th January , and getting a free one next week!
It happens everytime they have £1 cake too, NO VEGAN ALTERNATIVES.

NOT HAPPY WITH COSTA!

Cosy setting with a modern feel through TV menus and advertising. It doesn’t feel too big and overwhelming since it’s also a drive thru. Staff are vibrant, friendly and welcoming

very fast service :) went through drive thru and went from ordering to getting the drinks in only about two minutes. also they did smiley faces and labelled the drinks. drinks were scrumptious. 5 stars

Last visited about 8 months ago and was very critical over the extremely slow service and the app that never worked for pre orders! However, visited today and it has much improved, it was very busy but from ordering to sat down with my brew in 6 minutes and it was cracking! A well made flat white. And the placed was being cleaned frequently much better job!

Ordered cappuccino and latte nd repeat them make them both extra hot and chocolate sprinkles on cappuccino comes out colder than normal coffee went around again on drive thru again there’s no option of a zero 0 star or I would’ve give zero
