Starbucks

Slowest. Starbucks. Ever... 🤯😜 The drive thru queue isnt well designed for busy times (if 11am should be busy on a friday) so the queue in blocked those coming out and no-one went anywhere fast. Some orders in front of us were taking a while as well, so on the whole not the best experience. I would say even the coffee was below average standard for starbucks too, so no redemption there for this location. The caramel crunch tooping on my drink was missed 😩

Disappointing, 15 minute wait at drive thru no apology - staff texting constantly, and very expensive £6.60 for this . Staff seemed friendly but I dont understand how they're in business.

Slowest. Service. Ever. Been to this store three times, our order has always taken ages and been wrong in some way. We just reversed out of the drive through after being stationary for 20 minutes. As someone that worked in a Starbucks for 5 years, I can promise you it just isn’t that hard 🙄

Incredibly slow service at the drive through which in turn created a long queue. Staff make it obvious they’d rather be elsewhere and got our order wrong. No cream on my iced coffee even though it even says on the order sticker and didn’t bother putting milk in my partners tea. We didn’t bother going back in the drive through or in store as by then we’d already wasted enough time waiting for our order (which took forever). Luckily there are other Starbucks nearby with much better service.

Visited 10am on a Monday and the place was fifty its disgusting, 1st thing I could see pulling in the car park was the outside bin overflowing and clearly had been for at least a few days then you go inside everything is grotty the machines and sides were unacceptably filthy for that time on a Monday should be sparkling! Service was pretty slow and the area where you get your sugar and spoons etc would fail any hygiene inspection, will never go here again.

** have since spoken to someone from customer services who have reassured my complaint will be looked into, as a whole startbucks are a great company was just a shame about this experience

The lady that takes the order can use a bit of help, perhaps training? She seems to be confused when taking simple order. I don't usually give them a hard time as I know their job can be chaotic at times, so I try to be understanding even when my drink isn't made right.
Other than that, I love Starbucks!

Over 30 minutes sat queuing in the drive-thru on Sunday, finally got to the window, a Frappuccino that had clearly been sat there for a while (cream melts and sinks, it was more of a milkshake when we got it) the coffee was tepid at best and the two festive panini had clearly sat there for a while as they were stone cold too. I wouldn't normally moan but £20 for hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to (we were never actually told how much it came too, they just shoved the card machine out the window). Just the icing on the cake, whilst we were all queuing, the staff made each other drinks.... fab timing for those frappes etc, I mean surely common sense would be to get the customers orders done and out so they can enjoy the Frappuccino's they'd made themselves? Would have been quicker to drive the extra 15 minutes and gone to Newmarket or the extra 30 to Cambridge which are always fab!

I do enjoy going here but it's usually understaffed and the drive through is busy, so means a bit of a wait but I go there to relax after work and so not in a hurry.
Cinnamon roll was very dry but the coffee was good as usual.
