Wonderful 😊. So lovely to find a dog-friendly café on a cool day, so we could sit inside! Fabulous seats and a good arrangement, which meant that our dog wasn't distracted by being able to see other dogs, because she would have been noisy, but she sat quietly as things were. Mum thoroughly enjoyed her mocha (she's quite a connoisseur) and I enjoyed my Americano so much I had another! The tiffin was also delicious and staff were extremely polite, as well as being thoughtful and attentive. My only request is for the option to order a large coffee.

Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️
On the high street at Beaumaris, it's perfect if you're on holiday there, not so great if you're not. But I was, so a strong score here

Interior ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Assuming this used to be a bank and they have left some really nice features such as the safes to highlight the fact. But they whole place felt newly decorated and the furniture was really comfortable

Service ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
The team member who served us was new but she was super friendly and whilst having to ask her buddy quite a few questions she served us quickly. We had our noisy dog with us and all the staff were super welcoming of the little devil.

Food ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
The cake slices are massive and full of flavour, clearly made with care by hand. The lotus rocky road was top 👌 but the blueberry and lemon cake knocked my socks off! So much citric punch 👊

Price ⭐️⭐️⭐️
They are an independent cafe so prices are not high street cheap but for a treat on holiday, perfectly acceptable pricing. Wouldn't stop me returning

Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Really strong local cafe with a welcoming team and fantastic cakes. Would highly recommend if you're in the area

I've visited Jollys a number of times during my holidays on Anglesey and always loved it. Today however I had a different experience than the one I've come to expect. We visited as a party of six and were almost immediately told by a member of staff, in what can only be described as a loud voice and a rude manner, we couldn't be seated (I acknowledge that the cafe was busy however this doesn't excuse the volume, attitude or tone). On turning to leave, we noticed 2 tables for four side by side which were empty and I'm therefore lost as to why we were barked at with untruths as we walked in. On leaving, we were also stopped by a man coming out who told me 'there's room for you through the doorway ' - he looked as confused as I felt when I explained we'd been told there wasn't space for us.

I don't know why Jolly's don't want/need the business of six adults and I don't especially care. There are cafes aplenty in Beaumaris so I'll take my family and business where they're welcome on my future visits.I suggest you do the same if you'd like refreshments and a warm welcome.

Excellent café/coffee shop. They were short staffed on the day we visited, you would never have known it. The two ladies were very professional and friendly. They were doing a fantastic job. Obviously a very popular place in Beaumaris.

Lovely coffee and cake shop with varied cakes. Popular and serves tea also. Lovely colourful decor and colour paint in keeping with days gone by eara. Downstairs toilets. Good choice of menu and fast table service. Working cash machine directly outside and various old safes no longer in use especially the walk in in safes from days gone by along the carridor with origonal fixings if visiting the toilet area downstairs.

This cafe in the centre of Beaumaris could be summed up as "okay" which means it was unmemorable either from a very good or very bad perspective. The staff are pleasant and the food and drinks are acceptable. I got the impression that it had been a long tourist summer. They do allow dogs and on a rainy miserable day that's no small thing.

Shopping in Beaumaris stoped off at the Jollys Coffee House and enjoyed a hot chocolate and Bakewell tart, lovely highly recommended. Nice friendly staff will definitely be calling again.

I can see why Jolly’s Coffee House is so popular with the locals. It’s a modern cafe with great views of the sea in comfortable surroundings.
Yes, they do serve coffee and have a selection of sweets. Don’t expect artisan food here, it menu is more for comfort. It is a comfortable, classy looking place. I loved the classic leather seats and marble tables.
I opted for tea with dairy alternative milk. It was great to enjoy while having a chat with the owner. A great character that I’m sure is much loved by the community.
