Had a chest cold and was feeling pretty miserable, so I went in here to have it checked out. Got there about 9am, no waiting, staff was nice and friendly. Only had to wait about 5 minutes before someone called me back and checked me out. She was quick and efficient and nice as well. All in all a good experience. Ample parking on premises that is easy to access was a BIG plus.

Urgent care-nothing urgent about this place I'm sad to say !.After my husband took our 8 year old child over this morning , 4th person to register. Over 3 hours later, nearly 20 people seen prior to her, all of which came in after and still nothing. Reception team even said "hasn't she been seen yet". Ended up leaving as caused alot of anxiety for her.

Walk in can be really bad wait times but not at lunchtime during the week it seems , was seen fast by knowledgeable team.

Had online referral from GP with same day appointment. Arrived early, seen early and brilliant service. Prescription sent straight away to my local chemist.
The service I used was an extension to the local GP service. Thank you NHS

My mum has been here for just over 2 weeks. In that time only had 2 hot meals, all others are always cold. Supposed to be a rehabilitation hospital but only gets 1 visit every other day and walks a small corridor or to the toilet. How is she supposed to get back to fitness if nothing is done. She was here a year ago following a fractured pelvis and sacral and the food and physio was 100% better. Not sure what has happened in the year but you need to get back to the way things were a year ago.

Social distanced and seemed very empty. Paid car parking now (gives you 15 mins free for drop off). Have to wait in your car until called for your appointment, which is better than sitting in a crowded waiting room. All in all very slick and a credit to the NHS staff working there.

Sarah (student nurse) and David were so kind and helpful today when I visited the walk-in centre. Sarah took a detailed history sensitively, putting me at ease, and together they both reassured me of the treatment prescribed, how best to look after myself and went above and beyond to explain how to avoid reoccurrence in future. Thank you both <3

Father was sent here and it was a nightmare. I tried calling every day for an update, more often that not I got the ward's voicemail. I left mesages and never got a call back. So I had to go via email/PALs to get a response from anyone. On one occasion a member of staff I was talking to admitted they don't know how to use the phone system.

My father went in with confusion/delirium and came out still with confusion and no explanation as to what was causing it. Whenever I managed to talk to a Doctor/Nurse they told me he WASN'T confused. Since he's been home, he's asking after family members that have died, not knowing what year it is, why he's taking medications he's been taking for years. I don't know what to do.

He went in able to use the stairs in our home, they sent him home confined to the ground floor, because they couldn't be bothered to do physio with him. Which also resulted in his coming home with bed/pressure sores.

If you love your family, make sure they NEVER get sent here, they come home twice as bad as they went in. I'm disgusted.

Oh and they nicked his phone charging cradle.
