Great experience. Short queue when we arrived, testing in the timeframe given, and same day results back at 20:00.

The lady at the front desk was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. We only asked when we'd get the results (calmly and politely) and she snapped at us, kept muttering as we walked away. It wasn't busy, no queues - the hostility was uncalled for. Would not return.

Quick, efficient and friendly :) The mall may be big but look for five guys and you'll find them nearby or just ask reception at info services at the mall once you get there!

Service was friendly, professional and quick. Hardest part of my visit was finding it within the shopping centre - it’s next to the escalator near Five Guys (near exit next to Costa).

The queue was empty so I got to do the PCR test 1 hour before my appointment time. The staff members were friendly and informative. The whole procedure was very smooth, finished within 5 minutes. Did the test at 11 am and got my results the following day at 9 pm, very punctual.

They told me to cancel my test as I was waiting in line for it (5’ before my appointment), as they said they wouldn’t have the results in time for my flight (25 hours later). Left in tears and despair not knowing how I’d be able to fly. Staff did not give any advice on what to do next.

Despite being a little tricky to locate (used the directions from another reviewer), staff were very friendly and we were in and out within minutes despite being late due to our delayed flight.
