Avenham Health Centre

All of my family is under the care of Avenham Health Centre for thirteen years counting, and throughout this period nor I or my family have been let down in any way. All staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. Many thanks for the staff and their wonderful work!

I have been a patient at this surgery for 27 years and I must say I having always found the doctors very helpful and supportive and the staff have all been very polite and helpful too.

Shocking clinic, the worst ! I have now had 2 appointments cancelled the day before!!
I’ve waited 2 months for this appointment now!! my husband has even taken the day off work for it because i was told I wasn’t allowed to drive after and his day off now can’t be cancelled !!!! What makes it even worse is I even phoned this morning and I was told the appointment was all fine for tomorrow ! 🤬 What an absolute joke of a place I will making a formal complaint!

I can't believe how they manage this surgery they change the appointment without notice this is three times really the worst service I received in long time nobody in the reception knows what happens.

I’m really disappointed in the shocking services provided from an incompetent receptionist . I’ve been struggling to get hold of an appointment for the past few months eventually got hold of one.
when I went in, Another Receptionist turned me away and said “ No note has been made for this appointment.

I asked for advice and the advice I received was rubbish!

A complete unwillingness to help or understand specific needs amongst the reception staff. Their attitude is extremely off-putting, and they would rather start an argument instead of helping me see my gp

Really kind & caring doctors and nurses.
Made to feel comfortable and reassured.
Helpfull, efficient, & took time to listen and gave great advice.
