I only had to wait two days to have a coil fitted, which I was very happy with. The nurse that rang prior to my appointment was professional and informative. The doctor that I saw at the app was again professional and informative. I was given a choice of follow up app dates. Overall very very happy with the experience.

Rang twice in a week to get an appointment for Harlow clinic, and both times got a different excuse why I couldn't book one there and then. Don't mind me and my health, and the fact I work so can only do it at certain times. I thought it was their job to care and be there for people and actually help? Not make excuses why I CAN'T get an appointment!

I want to compliment the care I received. I called to book an appointment while the clinic was closed and left a voice message with my number asking them to call me back as I need to book an appointment to do a regular check up. I was surprised of the quick service and to be called and had my appointment in a week time. The lady on the reception checked my details and asked me to confirm all is correct. Nurse Michelle and the other senior nurse were both very polite and friendly . They both made me feel comfortable and in good hands. Thank you so much for taking great care of me.

Awful service from the Harlow clinic. Delayed my appointment by 3 weeks. I’ve been waiting to hear from someone with an update for a week now. Doctor doesn’t listen to my concerns and needs. Avoid and go elsewhere please.

They fitted me with a new implant, after taking the old one out. I think I have started the menopause so I am suffering a bit, so hopefully they can help me.
