Rudest, laziest staff for miles. The staff act as though they're doing you a massive favour for serving you, if they actually can be bothered to do that. I've had to just leave in the past as they didn't attend the till. If you're in a rush, avoid. These people have no interest in your custom. No idea how they stay in business.

The staffs here are really helpful and friendly. A tad more expensive then Sainsbury if I have to be honest, but I love them all the same. Wish supermarket attendants in Singapore are just as friendly as them, but we can't always get the best of both worlds 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have used this shop quite a few times in last few months due to visiting family here. Normally I'm there through the day time no later than 18.00pm and I've always been happy with everything and staff have been alright (nothing to shout about but nothing to complain about either) all in all enjoyable experience until last night at 21:30pm I realised that i had forgotten to buy something during my earlier visit so I went and got ready and headed straight there its only a 5-10min walk from where we are staying so I got there at 21.47 (plenty time to spare right)! Wrong the door was locked even though there was still a couple customers being served!!!! I knocked but got ignored until a staff member had to come unlock door to let the 2nd last person out !!!! I asked if I could pop in as was still ten minutes and I got told that the shop isn't open till 22pm they close at 21:50 so staff finished and out the door for 22pm sharp! Joke

Overpriced don’t care they pack your items in the bag always giving you out of date food or flogging you off with one or two days left on it whoever works there and packs The items for delivery should be sacked I made a complaint to head office because this isn’t the first time this has happened giving you out of date food 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Old food twice now I've ordered online and received old food double check everything this time old out of date milk enfield council should investigate for food hygiene here especially if thier selling out of date products

A bit expensive I'll say but it's high in quality all the the vegetables are fresh which is great, I'm vegan so I just hope they add more meat alternatives too

I ordered via Uber eats and they didn’t send me the most vital item my chicken! The Uber driver was useless and refused to help me. The store will not answer the phone I have called 26 times. I can’t go out as I am very sick. Disgusting service

Horrible experience with uber eats. There was a missing item, I have reported and took pictures than 10 minutes later received a text saying they can’t help me as there is no missing item. So I paid for two item and received 1 item. Honestly, I have no idea how difficult this is to figure out there is a missing item. Anyways don’t use uber eats it’s useless.
