Communications through out the process from booking to completion of the service were very good, very polite professional staff.
The valet is a very nice addition to the service however mine was very much a Friday afternoon valet, a bit slap dash, done in a hurry, not good. I have had much better from you in the past.
Having said that the car is running very much better and everything else was fault less.

Had a brilliant experience with Bristol street Renault/Dacia, went in on the off chance to look at a car I'd seen online and in a week it was mine! Brilliant service from Samantha T. Couldn't fault anything.

Ordered a new Dacia Jogger in March with expected delivery September. Got pushed back too November the 17th which I didn't mind. Received an email on the 2nd of November to confirm car had arrived at Portbury dock's & we'll be in our new car within a couple of weeks. Then it changed to the 6th of December & then to the 16th. At this time I was told we'll have our car before Christmas. It's now the 21st & nothing,not an email or phone call. I've had to chase since the 2nd of November for details on what's happening.
