Absolutely outstanding, I have dealt with a few dealers for new cars before but this was the best. Geoff Brownlee was fantastic, took care of everything. The car is great too. If you're looking for a new car or just need some info give these a go!

Reasonable price, great service, friendly staff. Took my Peugeot in for a platinum service, this was at least £50 cheaper than the main dealer (they did state they use pattern parts). Service desk were very friendly, would recommend and use again.

Went to see a suzuki vitara, they told me they had no knowledge of such car, so I showed the salesperson the current advert, to which he replied "It must have been sold" so wasted trip, beware they seem to advertise cars that they don't know about.

Purchased a car and a 5 year warranty and service plan. 2 years of ownership has passed, they lost the documents regarding me purchasing the service plan and charged me for a service last year, further to that they tried to charge me again this year for a service at an extortionate rate. They provide no proof of anything they do in the service and refuse to honour the service plan I have purchased. I booked a service with Gary last week who confirmed my details regarding a reminder to be sent out about time and date of the booking. This was a conversation I had in person. He assured me I would get a reminder. I have missed the service as they did not send the reminder and as far as he is concerned that is my fault, his attitude on the phone was just to end the call rather than solve the problem. I suggest being very careful with these snake oil sales people as they over promise and under deliver, I have the paperwork which states I have paid for the 3 year service plan and 5 year warranty and they couldn't care less. I will not be using any WJ King Establishment again for any vehicle I plan to purchase, this was not a hire purchase or loan agreement, it was all paid in full upfront, before I drove the vehicle away. I recommend purchasing your Dacia or Vauxhall from a different dealer and not deal with Gary.

I should have know after I was kept waiting at reception for 15 minutes before anybody even acknowledged I was there that this was not going to be a good customer experience. I've had to endlessly chase up getting some repair work done to the body of the car for months on end. Everything was too much effort, and it was always left to me to suggest solutions such as picking up and dropping off the car rather than waiting for a courtesy car. Customer service varied between dismissive and downright rude, with occasional flashes of helpfulness. The whole reason I went with them because they promised to repair a broken wing-mirror at the same time. However, once they had my business, they didn't bother with this. When I followed it up, I was fobbed off with the excuse that the wing mirror was out of shape. They already knew this when I brought the car in to be assessed and get a quote! Ultimately, this dishonesty is why I am very dissatisfied. I will not give them return custom and will be warning other local people of my bad experience.

Had my car serviced here for the fourth year now and I can not say a bad word about this garage they are so helpful and go out of their way way to help get staff and customer service my next car I purchase will definitely be from them

Had a service plan from new and always had good helpful service from WJ Kings.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Brian the salesman was absolutely brilliant. Went above and beyond what was expected. Will highly recommend. Thankyou once again.
