In general everything was very good. The staff were very courteous. My car was sparkling clean. I’m sure the service was all carried out well.
My only bugbear was the price of the headlight bulb I felt over £40 was a tad steep

Overall, a pleasant experience to have my Duster serviced - efficient drop off and pick up, and the service seems to have been carried out efficiently as no issues are evident. Car was cleaned inside and out, the only negative is my personal dislike of the tyre ‘waxing’ - it sprays onto the bodywork as the wheels rotate, attracting dirt/dust, and I have read somewhere that it degrades the rubber over time.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. I was offered a coffee when I’d checked in at the service desk. My car was returned to me all clean and fresh like it was new. I was very happy with the service

I was greeted really nicely, I was explained everything in a very friendly manner and was very happy to proceed. All the staff were super approachable and friendly. A truly good experience. I’ve been told that my car would be with me 6 to 8 months time, and to my surprise it came way sooner just short of 6 months. I was very happy about that. A few tiny mistakes were made in the process but it’s not worth mentioning, staff apologised and all was forgotten. Throughout the whole time I was looked after and constantly informed about my car, this was my first experience with Renault Wolverhampton and I’m glad to say that it was a good one.

The experience from start to finish has been exceptional! The smoothest car sale by far that I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. Joe Round has really made this process so smooth and stress free, from the initial contact enquiry to the handover of the car Joe really has gone above and beyond to satisfy our requirements. A true credit to the business. It was a big thing agreeing a sale before even viewing the car but Joe was open and transparent sending us multiple walk around videos pointing anything out that he thought we should know about which really put us at ease. 5 star service and would definitely use Holdcroft again in the future!

Some misinformation from Holdcroft staff during the call to book the appointment caused me to miss the chance to have a courtesy car to sort my personal stuff (e.g. picking up kids from nursery/school) while my car was being held for Servicing/MOT, and (for example) no option was offered for car pick-up/return from home as some sort of mitigation/support.
Not a big problem but still not an ideal situation that caused some discomfort from the client point of view.

[Misinformation on that phone call was: For some reason they said on the phone that my MOT was expiring earlier that it actually was and had to book an early date... after that I checked DVLA MOT record and had to call back to try and reschedule to the desired later date with courtesy car but then the courtesy car was already taken and nothing else available.]

Have had my car serviced here for last 6 years. Service staff always pleasant and helpful. Recommend to anyone.
