I dealt with Joe and Jake, they were very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me and made sure I got to collect my new car at very short notice. Great place nice stuff and nice cars. I own a Dacia and went here for a service I wanted to take a look at the new mode. They could have been more happer to help. Had a great tech person to show me round the car then had a great sales guy that took me through everything I needed to know and how much would cost. Provided us with free tea and coffee. I did think it was a big jump in the price from last car so the guy did his best to bring the price down to more of a level that was happy to pay. Just as we're finalising the deal my car was finished it's service so perfect timing. Overall a great experience from here and the great service from all stuff.

James Monkman our salesman was polite, professional, to his word. He was insightful, on time and respectful. Vehicle delivery was on time. I would highly recommend this gentleman if you are considering a vehicle from this dealership. MOT was easy, pre-checkin was helpful, called a day ahead as polite reminder. No pressure to purchase optional items, kept us informed from start to finish and had old fashioned politeness and courtesy which is sadly rare these days. I handed over the car in the morning 8.45am for a major service plus reprogramming the front wheel sensors after having new tires fitted 2 weeks previously. The work was done reasonably quickly considering the amount of work. But I am very pleased with the result.
