Having got my new car Brad was on hand to resolve a technical issue with my mobile phone to enable Android Auto connectivity. He was brilliant, very methodical in problem solving, resourceful and was very persistent..and had patience in abundance. Top marks for good old customer service in the modern age. Many thanks

General very good experience, but the waiting time to order the parts required for the repair were around 3 weeks. I would have wished for more updates concerning the completion as I had to call three or four times two asks for updates about my vehicle.

We dealt with Asa Cameron - who was really patient, polite and friendly and took the time to explain all paperwork as we went along. I’ve experienced BMW service in the past. This matched that.
