Startin Dacia Worcester

Having recently purchased a new car from Will at Startin Dacia Worcester, I felt like I had to write a review to say how easy, friendly and efficient the process was. It took three days from test drive to collecting my new car, they gave me a fair price for my part-ex and they have checked in with me since collection to make sure all is well (which it is).

By far the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase I have ever experienced. It makes a huge difference to walk into a dealership where everyone working there seems to be enjoying their work and are striving to make their customers happy and not just chasing sales targets.

Recently bought a new Jogger which I’m enjoying from here. It was easy booking a test drive, seeing the car, discussing options and the ordering process all went smoothly. Arrived earlier than expected and handover was made easier by a lift from the station, so thanks for that as well. Particular thanks to Thomas and Sebastian.

Since submitting our enquiry about wanting to purchase a Dacia, the team were brilliant in responding and dealing with us promptly. We especially want to thank Mike at the Worcester branch who was really helpful and explained the finance options to us really well without making us feel silly as we hadn’t been through this before. The customer service was 5 star and I can’t thank the team enough. We love our new car and would highly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a Dacia to go for it. Fantastic Service All Round From Adam at Starting Dacia Worcester!
Buying a new car can be a daunting prospect and for us the first new vehicle we had purchased. We were made to feel welcome by salesman Adam at Dacia when looking for the perfect car. Adam was knowledgeable and helped us to find what we were looking for at the price we wanted. Additional products to compliment our vehicle were offered pressure free and we walked away feeling that we had got a great deal 🤝 from Dacia! Not knowing what to expect from purchasing a brand new vehicle, we were kept well informed throughout the process communication made on the monthly basis. Our vehicle arrived as expected and we were invited to book our pick up date!
Attending Dacia on Saturday we met with Adam who advised us our vehicle was being valeted and washed for presentation. When the vehicle arrived it was immaculately clean inside and out, everything we expected, we were given time to inspect the vehicle on our own to ensure we were happy with the car before final sign off! Finally Adam at Dacia presenting my wife with some flowers and a photography studio voucher was a lovely touch, and unexpected. It made our first new car experience one we will remember. Adam was fantastic throughout the process and we would like to say a big thank you to him and all the Dacia team at Starting Worcester! A⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mike was superb throughout- always updating me, giving great advice and the handover etc was perfect- had all the time in the world to go over things but likewise let me get on with it if I wanted as well. All other staff I spoke with either on phone or email were also great. I drove a 300 mile round trip to get the specific car and it was well worth the effort for the service.

Fantastic service! It has been many years since I have bought a brand new car, but Dacia Sales Exec Will Faulkner made the experience easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. Will's relaxed but professional manner made the whole process quite pleasurable! He made sure that I had confidence in what I intended to buy, offering alternatives as appropriate. When it came to paying and me driving away my new Dacia, I was extremely happy with my purchase and fully reassured.
