The Coach House Spa

My friend and I were delighted with our treatments at the Coach House Spa and we enjoyed spending some time relaxing in the hydro pool and steam room. This was our second visit and will definitely be making a return visit soon.

One of the best days of 2020! As a first timer to the spa, I was impressed by both the facilities and the staff. My therapist was lovely and the treatment was just what I needed. I will be back and look forward to my next visit already!

Some service issues, loved the conservatory and main bar area. Old section of hotel where rooms are located require some upgrading. Lovely setting and pool was a good size.

This was my first time using The Coach House Spa. It will definitely not be the last! After not visiting spa facilities in over 2 years, this was the BEST place to visit. It was very relaxing, the treatment I got was done perfectly. And the added afternoon tea was the icing on the cake!

We had an amazing experience at the spa and couldn’t fault the treatments, facilities or the staff. However, from booking to going there there were a few hurdles we had to overcome. As well as the cancellation of the afternoon tea(which we understand) there was a mix up with vouchers that were purchased and a miss understanding of payments already made prior to spa day. However the member of staff that greeted us couldn’t be more helpful. The only thing that we felt was missing would have been a possible offering of tea/coffee in the relaxation room after our treatments as it seemed to be rather rushed as well as before we went into the pool at the start of our day, there were other visitors still in using the facility, so we couldn’t get the full hour use before our treatments.

Absolutely fantastic venue, so beautiful and calming. The treatments were particularly relaxing and the therapist was very professional and had such a lovely personality.

Loved it. The therapists here are great at their job and the receptionist went out of her way to make sure we always had drinks, were comfortable and have every need met.

Loved our spa day and afternoon tea. Great treatments and a beautiful pool. Staff made us feel really welcomed .
