I am a very nervous patient who in the past has had to be sedated but thanks to the kindness of everyone at this practice with special thanks to the dark haired receptionist whose name I don't know and my dentist Sarika Julka and also the kindest dental assistant I have ever met Edinah Nauru I am still nervous but am now for the first time in ten years having regular dental check ups. From the very beginning they have been nothing but kind and professional to myself, my husband Paul and our sons max and Ben. It is thanks to people like all of these that families are more likely to have good dental health. I would recommend this dentist to everyone and particularly nervous patients.

Not able to confirm my application being received on 2 occasions. Advised 1 month for an appointment, but this changes to 3 months when I called after 6 weeks. I don't even think they processed my form. Waste of time, don't register here.

Lovely staff who made me and my young child feel very reassured. They were excellent with my son and explained everything they were going to do, even though it was just a quick check up.

Went here today with my two teenage sons. Receptionists were friendly, professional and informative. Dentist and her assistant were outstanding. Good advice provided and were both fabulous with both of my sons. Considering how busy everyone was they all appeared really cheerful. I would highly recommend.

New guy (Kenny, I think) wants to charge and not do what he supposed to do on the NHS. He's a con-job dentist. I've been to 4 dentists before (when my bridge came out) none ever said "I can only use cheap cement", and if I want the proper cement I need to pay £60. Not very friendly, no social skills. I left politely but was upset. Maybe the others are ok, but this guy was one of those who makes you feel s#@! about being on the NHS. AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is an experience that hasn’t been worse. It’s horrible. The reception is very good, but the doctor’s attitude is very impatient because it’s urgent that I see a private one, and I didn’t use the NHS. These are big problems and the worst was the doctor who pulled out the broken tooth when my anaesthetic was basically ineffective. I called out all the pains. The grievance and pain made my tears fall continuously. The doctor had almost no sympathy and said yes. It's not that I have a problem, it was too scary, it was too painful at the time, it was almost speechless, I was too wrong. I swear I will never go there to see my teeth again.
