Rush Green Dental Surgery

The practice is not a good example of a dentist that provides proper care. I keep going back for the same filling. The receptionist is rude, haughty and brash only concerned about charging £30 for missed appointments not caring why even if you are ill and cannot attend for that reason. Won't be in a hurry to go back there

If there was a minus I'd rate this place as -10. Utterly slow. Rude reception staff and dentists that don't really care for children's teeth. Urgh!

All the staff are extremely friendly and polite. The dentist is very professional and makes me feel relaxed. The consultations are very thorough. The dentist always explains everything in great detail. Would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Just had my wisdom tooth taken out and didn't feel a thing!! I called about mid day and was seen about 4hours later. Lady on the phone was very helpful plus it was £350 cheaper than down the roads price. Thank you so much guys!!

I just called to ask if they are accepting new patients ,having moved to the area recently . To my dismay the lady that answered said I cant register as a patient unless I am seen by the dentist first and that will cost £30 then started running through a list of prices x rays etc . . I said I just want to register me and my child as a patient and she went on to say not possible unless you are seen first . Which basically says to me money first then we will register you . Absolutely disgusting service . I would not recommend .

The staff is great, very friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

I called up as filling had fell out - they gave me a appointment on the same day under NHS - went to see them, very quick, efficient and polite. Had no issues there at all. Would go again and also recommend.

Unbelievably rude and unpleasant. Went to this practice 6+ months ago for wisdom pain, the dentist told me that day I had been referred to have my 3 wisdom teeth removed. Fast forward 7 months and I ring up to find out about my referral only to find out I’ve been waiting all this time and I wasn’t actually referred. When you ring the dental surgery they give you attitude and abruptness and don’t let you talk. They then blame it on you for not being referred. Extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed to remain open.
