I went to SMILE LOUNGE with a very bad toothache. My cousin recommended it. I was there three times for a separate dental problem , each time I came back with a perfect result . A clean friendly place with experience SMILE LOUNGE where you will be very safe when you need it one day .🙏

Since the first day of treatment I have received such professional caring service from all staff. However I’ve seen a lot of dentist in my time and have to point out that doctor hitton Joshi is a true gem and in my opinion on top of the list. Attention to detail is
second to none ..His knowledge of dentistry with science is inspiring and thus making me a very happy client who keeps smiling at my teeth! Thank you so much Dc Joshi 🙏🏼

The Dentist suffers from a major superiority complex… as a lot of dentists and doctors do… a very dominant and cold energy… he knows everything and you don’t no a thing… he also strategically did everything he could to to avoid me having free treatment and gave me stupidly high quotes for treatment… I had seen multiple dentists before him so I already knew where I needed fillings etc… one of them was my front tooth… this one he didn’t mention because he knew that I would be eligible for a white filling on the NHS for this tooth and he only wanted to offer me white fillings in the back because he knew I would have to pay for this ( apparently ) he won’t offer white fillings on the NHS… on top of that he told me that to get a crown on my missing front tooth it would cost £1000 for 1 crown… I have been quoted much less in way more professional dentists… when I mentioned that I didn’t want a root canal he looked me in the eye and said.. oh no you might have to have one. To which I replied… no I won’t be having anymore root canals thanks…. He obviously realized I wanted a more holistic approach and became very defensive telling me that If I didn’t believe in scientific facts he probably can’t work with me lol… over all not a good experience at all…. The superiority complex & low key anger was intense… money grabbing Mr No It All :/ however the receptionist was a very polite.. warm, welcoming humble human :) unlike the Dentist 👍

Smile lounge is extremely professional. The team are very polite and respectful.

I've always left feeling happy and content with the level of service I've recieved in terms of treatment and the way the surgery staff treat me.

I have been receiving treatment at Smile Lounge for many years. I am impressed with the calm measured way I am treated along with Dr Joshi's professionalism and his staff's warm welcome.
Every dental issue I have is discussed fully with me along with the options available to tackle the issue. I am very demanding and would not return if my expectations were not met.

The level of customer care and attention to detail is second to none. Dr Joshi takes great pride in his work even after so many years as a qualified dentist. Every appointment is treated as if it were your first. I challenge you not to be impressed with his work. 10/10 from me 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Have had a fair amount of treatment from Hiten, including an extraction of a broken tooth. His pain free injections are really pain free. He even plays your choice of music, if you like football he is an avid fan. Great staff!

Very good dental practice, all the staff are very friendly, helpful, kind, understanding yet very professional from the Dentist to Amal, Pria and Mera who helped me get an appointment and saw me through my dental treatment. They make you feel welcome and help keep you calm too through the process, as the dentist takes time to explain. Overall good experience, I left with a big smile. It is indeed a “SMILE LOUNGE”! Thank you once again.
