Last time I was in Cheltenham in 2018 from Australia & John Lewis store was under construction then. Inside beautiful modern interior & good quality merchandise. Nice to take a stroll around inside regardless of your budget. Impressive building design from the outside.

Hands down my favourite (remaining!) store in the high street.

Staff are friendly in a relaxed way and invariably helpful in all departments.

The displays are always neat, tidy and presented with obvious thought given to colour.

Thanks to the central atrium, the store has a light sorry feel throughout complemented by the quirky, lit wall on the firstt floor.

Prices are close to those online but with the added bonus of longer warranties and superb service from knowledgeable staff.

Both cafés are good, expensive but good with cakes that are worth the asking price.

Dogs are welcome too.

Good sized modern store where the Beechwood Arcade used to be offering what you'd expect from John Lewis stores, both in regards to range, quality and of course price. The store isn't cramped, with departments laid out nicely & clearly marked. Staff are helpful, friendly & courteous (the John Lewis service) but as with all JL brands it isn't cheap.

Lovely John Lewis shop very helpful assistant. But complaints about the car parking are valid. For visitors unfamiliar with the town the signs ran out and we had to stop and ask passers by. I have never used such an awkward, narrow access and there are many marks on the walls where cars have touched the side. I had to stop and reverse to manouve my way out and my car isn't big.

It's the lots of little things that make a big difference with John Lewis.
First visit to the place restraunt inside John Lewis Cheltenham & it was a good one.
Pot of Earl Grey tea, where they pre warmed the tea pot & freshly made Sausage Breakfast sandwich on Granary bread brough to the table.

Two ladies that helped me in the lingerie dept. were amazing. Turns out i’ve been wearing the wrong size for years, and 24 hours into wearing my new bra I no longer have shoulder pain!

They were so professional and helpful, made what can be a slightly awkward experience feel comfortable and productive. And they were so knowledgable about which bras are actually going to be comfortable day to day. Totally great experience, wish I’d asked their names; brown haired lady and ginger haired in-training lady. Thanks!

Very helpful staff, but wanted to buy a healthy saucepan with no aluminium. They didn't have one!!!! They have large Le Cruset pans. No good for boiling some veggies!!! Buyers please note you should do more to accommodate people who are truly green and want to help the environment and people's health !!!!!

Still a pleasant experience, from arrival in car park, lift down, and wandering about.
We came to look at TVs (one very old one to replace), and lights. We bought a TV (hopefully will keep us going... for 10 years, if we're still here!), two modest lights, and an enjoyable snack lunch in Hufkins (got a table quickly even though it was lunchtime). Could have spent £Ks more - if we had it to spare!
