Well stocked! 2 floors of fantastic merchandise. Brilliant service! Helpful and friendly staff.

Went in there to have a look around some of the furniture is very nice bit overpriced but stylish. However, the quality of the store is terrible I don't know if they were remodeling or it's just standard but walking around wardrobes were stuffed with random products, the hinges on one of the wardrobe doors had completely broken off, I actually found dead flies in two of the drawers and the space between the beds and the wardrobes make it impossible for you to actually look at them properly.

It smells so good when you first walk in. They use the infusers they sell...I fell for it and bought one! Great selection of decorative items. We were looking for a table but didn't see anything we liked but they did have quite a few to choose from. Staff were friendly but they were definitely understaffed.

The kindness, help and fantastic customer service received from this store is what makes shopping a pleasure. Anna at Next Home Southampton could do well to train staff in retail. She made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. Her attitude and lovely smile was very welcoming. Thank you Anna for your excellent customer service.

We bought an ex display sofa in the store( southampton city ) on the 1/1/2023. paid full amount. On that day told by staff that the sofa will be covered, don’t worry, no one will sit on it till picked up. we went there on 3/1/2023 afternoon only found out that the sofa we paid for were still at the same spot without any cover or signs on it saying it’s sold . During this holiday time , we don’t know how many people been sitting or resting on the sofa WE BOUGHT.
We asked about it when we are in the store. The staff came out with so many excuses. For health and safety reasons , they are not allowed to be covered. When we said we saw the sold ex display furniture were all covered up in the hedge end store, she replied with all furniture only wrapped up because that’s ready for delivery next 30 minutes. Even on the first floor(southampton store) there was wrapped up sofa we saw .
We want an explanation on that , what makes ours an exception. For the store staff whom i spoke to also on the phone, i asked about the sold ex display policy, instead of give me straight answers you came up with too many excuses and lies .

That was definitely a very unpleasant experience for us.

Would like to say thank you for keeping my keys safe until I arrived (left them in the store on one of the comfy sofas!), I was so grateful for the professional approach!l of the lady in store! Thanks again

Nice range of furniture and homewares, we think with my daughter looking for a LED mirror for her bedroom, the guy upstairs was great , went the extra mile searched around the store for us, trying to accommodate what we wanted. Got to reccomend Next west quay rd.

Disappointing. There were a lot of lines out of stock. I was hoping to see a good selection of curtains and they had a handful. Lighting section small and cramped too.
