Fenwick Colchester

Not many of the 'old' department stores left. I've not visited in some time so it was lovely to have a wander around. Colchester's store has a nice 'feel' to it. The lighting is just right, it's airy and very clean and tidy :) The staff I engaged with were friendly and knowledgeable about the products in their departments.

A brilliant department store, always clean, fresh, completely modern, festive and a huge selection of things!
Couldn’t ask for a better shop to have in Colchester, I hope this place stays open for everyone!
Highly recommended to people, it is aimed towards high end products, buy nice or buy twice they say.

Always love visiting when we are in or around Colchester! It's a shame they don't stock Ted baker any longer but still found some lovely Christmas gifts we wouldn't usually see in other stores!

Love this store. Very clean, classy, sophisticated.
Large array of perfumes, cosmetics, clothes , jewellery , homewares and more.
Carluccios restaurant and Cafè Nero are here too.
They even allow your dog to enter.

My favourite shop (especially during generous sale reductions), although there does seem to be a reduction in stocks and choice since Covid. Well used coffee shop and restaurant.

There aren’t many departmental stores remaining & some of those that are, are caught in a time warp. Thank goodness Fenwicks in Colchester doesn’t disappoint. It’s certainly the best store in the Essex & Suffolk area. The staff in the Ladies designer clothing section are superb. Friendly, attentive with a professional manner. I was served by Gill who went above and beyond to help me. Her choices and knowledge was invaluable. Fenwicks are to be congratulated on the training given to their staff as they help to create a wonderful shopping experience.

It's Fenwick, an oasis of luxury, modern but still old school (in grace brothers sort of way). Even if you don't buy anything it's worth going in for the ambience. Plus the attached NCP car park is perfect for access to the centre of colchester

The outside looks great windows kept clean the store is clean and fresh, the staff bend over backwards for you. My partner shop’s there as I do and we buy for the kids there thank god we have Fenwicks in Colchester Xx
