Popped into Argos today to pick up some bits for around the house. And just want to say a massive well done to the lovely young lady who assisted and served me. Young blonde haired lady and if I read her name badge right, I believe her name was Sophie. The way she approached me and engaged with me has got to be one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long long time. Massive credit to Argos, will definitely be coming back!!! 👍

I ordered a waredrobe from them and firstly I received 2 wrong packages which have been replaced same day and secondly, the waredrobe had a wrong item inside. I asked them to replace it and they said it will take 4 days. But obviously after 2 hours of work, I couldn’t just leave half of the waredrobe in the middle of the room waiting for them to send the replacement.

Compared to sixfields, the customer service at this location is not up to scratch. You can learn something from the other location such as respect, manners and a friendly face … :-)

Worst customer service ever received from argos ! We ordered a TV unit on 11th of Jan and it said it would be ready for collection 13th from 9am but to wait for a text to say its ready. So 14th rolls round and still no text decided to call and was told to wait for the text. its now the 17th and still no text to say its ready. So go to check online and the online bot says its ready but when we arrive the item is not there(waste of time, fuel and had to pay for parking) Worst website I've ever used and no one is willing to resolve it being told it should be ready for collection this Thursday (20th) which is not acceptable. And all we keep getting told is this an estimated date but nowhere online does it say that or on the order .

This Argos is a joke. The staff are so miserable and depressing. They look like the walking dead. No communication skills whatsoever… not helpful at all! You ask them questions about an order and they don’t have the answer to them. Despite the store being completely empty, they did not seem to want to help me at all. I was already in a rush as it was. Rubbish!
