Argos Beaconsfield (Inside Sainsbury's)

I been to many Argos but my favourite was the one in Beaconsfield. The customer service was on point and was a pleasure to meet one of the staff called Kaiser, he was well trained as he provided me with everything I needed. Thank you very much Kaiser!

I reserved a product which was supposed to be given as a gift yesterday. I received a message to say the item was ready for collection and stopped to pick up the product on the way to the person I was giving this gift to. I got to the store and paid, was kept waiting only to be told that they couldn’t find the item. Terrible customer service!

Excellent service from Argos, especially the worker named kaiser, helped me with a gaming product for my son that i didnt know about

Horrible customer service, all sorts of reasons to refuse a refund, horrible attitude, blatantly denying a customer rights for refund. Do not buy from Argos and do no come to this store for anything

No one in this store understands customer services. The staff also lie to customers and to their fellow Sainsbury’s staff. Really poor. Quite sad as well. Put the ego to the V side lads. The Argos policy is to accept returns and refunds at any branch. This one just picks and chooses who to reject when they like. Even their own head office told them to accept the return and they refused like they are a law onto themselves. Disgusting.

Just wanted to say a massive thankyou to Stacey and her male colleague, that helped us today. Myself and family couldn't have asked for a more personal and caring customer service from you both.
Truly thankful for making my elderly parents very happy.
