The location is very good. Lots of parking nearby. Decent prices on many items. Very quick service if you reserve online and collect the item in the shop. Purchased blood pressure machine with the same price tag as on Amazon but without postal charges.

I wanted a new Iron. A big selection in their catalogue. You get good information on the item and a clear price no hidden extras. Placed my order at the till paid got receipt and iron was there within 5mins. Very pleasant staff too.

Very unpleasant experience with so called manager Ms Jhelam.Been refused exchange or return of a faulty product.Lack of customer service. The toaster was tripping and it was not shutting. I took it back after two days of use in order to exchange it not refund it ,but I faced with a very unpleasant and unprofessional manager, I therefore had to leave the store.

I went to collect two separate orders which I paid for online. I went to the fast track lane when I was served by the so called manager of Harrow branch. I didn’t receive an email for 1 of the orders so I didn’t have a order number as I explained this to him he was very unhelpful, extremely rude and started to rise his voice. It started to get embarrassing as other customers could hear him.
I have no idea how he got his position as a manager as his customer service and his attitude stinks. I have never been spoken to by a member of management so badly. I never write bad reviews but as I’m so disgusted I had to comment on his behaviour.

Poor service. Very rude staff asked for a bag was told "30p" no its 30p sir just 30p. When I expressed how expensive that is I was told "morrisons charge 50p" my reply "is that justification for your extortionate price?" The sales assistant reply was to shrug and walk off. So argos seeing as yoyr store was empty try giving customer service training to your staff
