It all well and good they are being social and talking with each other, however they should drop it and continue later as soon as a customer set foot and ask them for help.
On a more positive note, the customer service received was good and the lady did her job well.
Went to collect a large item which didnt fit in the Sainsbury's trolley. I requested Saddiq (the guy who was serving me) to allow me to use the Argos trolley to take the Product to my car, but Saddiq didnt cooperate with me. He didnt allow me to use the trolley by saying that I am not insured to use the Arogs trolley. Then I requested him to accompany me with the trolley but he refused saying that it wasnt his job to help away from the Argos serving counter.
I got extremely rude and said that I should have booked a delivery instead of collection.
I will never visit this Argos Again!
I can see on other reviews here that they have been subjected to the appalling levels of customer service by the store Manager - Nazia. Absolutely no people skills, simply dismissive, a person who seems to be taking full advantage of the little authority she seems to have gained from being a store manager! I simply went to pick up an online order, which she refused me with no reason and decided to cancel the order as she decided it was fit to do so! Having called customer services at Argos, they was very apologetic of this individuals behavior, however unable to re-process the order! After months of waiting for the item to be in stock, I have now lost out due to her incompetence! Reading through the reviews here, I can see an all to familiar story with Nazia! Argos needs to listen to its loyal customers and not allow anyone with this attitude to represent them! Will not be shopping here again! AVOID!!!
The manager - Nazia is 1) rude, 2) ill-informed on policies, 3) unhelpful
If any customer service representatives are reading this, please can you re-train this manager and pay attention to the customer service levels here.
