I was looking at net curtains in your Stroud store today 31st July with my son and granddaughter, I had a pack of net curtains I was looking at and the shop assistant pushed past me to serve another customer and totally ignored me and my family, after 10 mins I gave her the curtains to the assistant and walked out, I have since ordered curtains on line. I also work in retail and if I gave this kind of customer service I would be reprimanded and have to do a refresher course on customer service, I will not be using your store again
