Interesting experience. To buy something from a catelog

Very helpful at counter but slow geyting goods as not enough staff in warehouse

Got to the point if I order online for store pickup I pay in store.
THE REASON PARKING after driving round looking for a parking space for 10 to 15 min or longer then having to go into the BACK of the Sainsburys store to Argos is a PAIN.
I now feel if it's not easy to park then I can go somewhere else AND I've lost nothing

I had an issue with a faulty laptop and dealt with Lee who was fantastic from start to finish, working with a smile on his face and delivered great customer service to all customers in the branch while I was present.

Received fantastic customer service this evening from an American gentleman when I went to collect some items for my phone :)

Dealt with Lauren who was absolutely fantastic and a credit to your company.
Had to return a product but was struggling to find the receipt. Both put our heads together and after a couple of visits got it all sorted. Being in customer service myself Lauren really showed how it’s done correctly. Thanks again for all the help. Ben King

Very friendly and helpful staff! Went shopping for a new laptop (Chromebook) here for our grandmother. We had picked one we were interested in in advance on the website. The staff were patient and helpful in allowing us to take it out of the box to make sure gran was comfortable with the laptop before we decided to purchase. Friendly, polite and helpful! All done, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great stuff 👍
