Good place to shop every thing so cheap staff very friendly

I like Poundstretcher, they cram as much as possible into their stores and providing they have what you want, savings can be made.
The store is disabled friendly, and staff are ready to help, despite being busy. This is a friendly store.

Lots of offers and good prices generally but items not always logically placed.

Smaller than most not many staff on tills or filling shelfs (most are empty!!!!! ) not great.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What a shambles of a place. Rude abnoxious staff who should be ashamed of themselves.
Selling item on a clearance shelf for the same price as the long in date items and when confronted they start shoiting at you.
Every customer at the checkout was over charged and had to be refunded.
Tried to ring customer services but they don't answer the phone.
The whole place is disgraceful, avoid this place.

Negatives: Rude "security guard" falsley accusing people, everything is so expensive, dark, smells stale, and a small hole in the ceiling

Positives: Refunds are easy after security make you uncomfortable

Lots of house hold items on sale in this shop for a reasonable price however don’t be expecting the top of the range stuff but something you use for now. They are closing down soon which is a shame but good time to be getting yourself a deal here. Lay out of the shop makes you have a good view of the products but might have to look at them all before you get the one you want.
