B&M Store

Never liked these cheaper places. Imported smaller sized food you don't realise it is, as all you see is what you recognise. Staff at Heathfield are great though

The Heathfield store is great, the staff are all friendly and the manager is a peach.
It has all the usual B&M stuff but there was no empty shelves and we were checked out quite quickly.

The staff member we experienced at the checkout was so rude, it was bordering on the hilarious! She didn't even say hello the only time she spoke was to tell us the total, no please, no thank you and no goodbye. It was so appalling and completely unnecessary when manners cost nothing. Staff could really use some training on basic customer service and manners.

Great wee store. It's full of good bargains and has a great selection of goods. The staff are always really pleasant and helpful. 😊

I love The Range but I'm not keen on the layout of the Ayr store. I was also at checkout for ages. I'd bought a load of reduced Xmas craft stuff, but not all the sale items I bought, went through at the sale price! I ended up having to get quite a few items refunded, and didn't purchase them.
Why would a customer want to pay full price for Christmas stuff on 12th January! So many Xmas items not reduced all over the store!
The assistant who served me was so patient, and very pleasant, but I held up the queue for quite a while.
Same thing happened in Oct 21. We purchased a bathroom item that quite obviously was marked at £11.99 and when we got to the checkout, they wanted £14.99!
