After driving a 14 mile round ,Helpful staff if they have any thing you came in for , 7 rows of curtain rings but no pole holders or joiners !!! .

Easy enough to get to with good access from the main road. Missing stars because they did not have 2 of the 5 things I went in for - a bath plug and a mop so nothing special. Staff were friendly and helpful and the Tradepoint discount always helps!

For a smaller store, it does well. Doesn't carry a huge range of stock but manages to squeeze reasonable amounts into a small space. Staff friendly and helpful

Staff were helpful and that was about it, barely any stock, was told to go bournemouth or.order online, went screwfix instead!

I came into the Christchurch store on Sunday 6th Nov at around 3pm to buy a potted nordmann fir Christmas tree. The service I received was exceptional. The lady I spoke to (sorry, didn’t get her name) was so helpful. She gave me really good advice about the tree, wrapped it up, helped me to the checkout and out to my car. She’s a lovely lady, a real asset to the team there. Thanks for you help again. I’ve planted the tree in the front garden and can’t wait to put the lights on it!!!

Went in for paint, only to be told they are having a rebranding/restock. Had nothing that I needed to paint an outside door, so left empty handed.

Good but check stock first as not as big as the Castle point store.
