A good sized shop with many items. Great parking. Staff friendly. Would have given 5⭐️ but what we needed was out of stock! Otherwise I recommend to others take a visit.

There used to be public toilets here to use but no longer witch is a shame as have spent a couple of hours there shopping in the past. Considering there's a cafe inside and a burger wagon outside and trades come to get materials and hire tools it's a great shame they have been done away with. So there for tend not to spend as much time there and less money, silly decision on b&q .

Did a click and collect. They were the only branch within 30 miles of my home that had all 4 items I needed in stock. Pick up was handled very efficiently. Will make this my go to branch and bin Farnborough.

I have been at so many B&Q stores across the UK , but this B&Q store in Havant by far has one of the rustiest staff I have ever came across!

One of the lazy female staff forced me to do self service, When I said that’s my choice how do I wanted to be served! Her reaction was very rude and completely unacceptable!

I don’t recommend this B@W store as the attitude of some staff is so cheap! Avoid them if you can!

Had a kitchen fitted and it was shocking, we had to pay for two skips £456.00 to take rubbish away. I wish i hadnt gone with BQ for

Big hardware store. Long opening hours. Helpful staff.
Would avoid their own brand products (which are not labelled as B&Q but other various names) as they are poor quality compared to the big brands.

Always have what we need. Staff is very knowledgeable about all aspects of decorating.
The burger van outside is amazing! Take your own drink, though, as a can of fizzy is £1.50!

I visit this B&q branch quite often as it’s very close to my home, but I always end up leaving laughing to myself from how rude and unhelpful the staff members are. The young ones at the tills are on their phones under the desk and the older ones give the vibe off of ‘I’ve had enough of this, don’t come to my till’.

The car park is busier than it needs to be as the staff members park their cars over two spaces.

The online stock check isn’t ever correct. Went to get 2 specific plug sockets with USBs, which online said 9 in store, in stock.
Spent 5/10 mins looking in the aisle with no luck. Asked a member of staff if they had them out the back or somewhere else in store and his reply before I’d even finished my sentence was ‘we don’t have an ‘out the back’ and the online stock check is pointless’. Reluctantly he came over the 9 or 10 steps from where he was stood doing nothing to help me look. After about 30 seconds he picked out a plug and said ‘there we go, that was easy’, thinking is was the correct one he just walked off. It wasn’t the correct one so I put back the wrong one and left to go buy it from the local screwfix instead.
