B&Q Stevenage

A very large store with a wide range of products across 2 floors.
There is plenty of parking (although you may have to drive up to the second floor).
Sometimes moving around the store with its 2 sets of tills across the 2 floors and perambulators can be a bit bewildering.

A neat feature of this store is a free wood off-cut box at the exit.

Finally, in the past I found internet access here very limited.

It was OK until I got to the tills with reduced plants - I say tills - self service.
Lady tried to help me & got the balance wrong by £10 - good job I could add up roughly in my head & the other lady tried to help it was better but she was confused a bit by the reduction prices.
Suggest you go back to normal checkout tills as wasted so much time faffing! Not happy.

Huge store, on 2 stories with good parking, but some of the things we wanted we couldn't get even when we found where they were supposed to be. Some things seemed to have very limited range of stock. We chose to go to this site as its listed as a superstore. We were a bit surprised by what we found and disappointed.

I only visit the car park to make loads noise. But when i do go in its a massive two storie store with everything you could ever need, thats if you can find it. Olace could do with a sit down area and tea machine. Its quite a trek

Tried calling regarding my kitchen order but their phones now have an automated message stating they're not taking any calls!! It's been 5 days of the same issue and I don't want to have to drive 20 minutes to simply ask a question!!!

Vast selection of times for both trade and DIY, definitely has everything you'd need for any home improvement projects

I love this B&Q because it's MASSIVE and has a great range of products that you don't get in the usual sized stores. The store is spread across 2 floors which should tell you how big it is. The ground floor carpark is covered, so great if it happens to be raining.

It was surprisingly good. Staff member helped me find what I wanted. Really amazing knowledge. Got what I wanted (unlike one of their competitors).
