Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly team - they always take their time to understand what kind of project I’m working on, and give honest expert advice - even if it means I walk out with a less expensive item than the one I initially wanted to buy. They give a genuine, informed opinion rather than trying to make a quick sale. I am a novice at DIY but have a lot of work ahead of me, so I am very happy I live close to this branch!

The most awful customer service. The employees were too busy talking among themselves to take any notice that we entered the premises. After we managed to get the attention of one guy and requested information about timbers we were told he only knew imperial measurements and he did not managed information in meter (he had a measuring tape in his hand, but maybe he was too lazy or too stupid to look down). Please go to BQ where you will get all the information you need, better price, and a much better experience

Early morning was quiet only a handful of customers, the staff member, who was quite busy, still had the courtesy to answer my questions and show me where the product I wanted to purchase was.

Great hardware shop right in the middle of Chelsea. Full range of decorating products, tools , fittings , whatever you need. Staff helpful, knowledgeable, and saves a journey to those dire large chain outlets and ghastly trading estates , here is a small shop which is actually a joy to visit, and has everything needed. Recommended!
