Friendly greeting, till staff good ! Don't bother asking floor staff for help! If you ask if they sell curtain hooks holding a curtain pole you don't need to be told to look near the curtain stuff. Surely if they were with the curtain stuff I wouldn't be on a different aisle asking.

Usually got the products your after but suspect on quality on alot of things, miserable senoir staff generally seem to have a attitude, "well don't work there then"! Better service from the young members but I am a older myself. Feel better they now have self check out so don't have to deal with misery!

Small. We went there to look for a bathroom suite, but hardly anything there on display, OK if you just want the odd tap washer, but any large projects may fall short.

It is really good store which I can find what I need. The staff amazing. Especially, Ken is really helpful and knowledgeable.

I unfortunately visited B&Q in Witney this afternoon, this was my first and last visit. The lady manning the tills was rudest person not only to me but other shoppers as well. She clearly did not want to be there and had no people skills. Sadly I will not be returning.

Helpful staff but this location has a limited range of products and always seems to be out of stock. No timber cutting service at this store, you’d have to go to Oxford. The click and collect is pretty useful and there is always ample parking available.

Pretty much everything you would want. Only down side is if it isn't on shelf, eg the colour/size you wanted, then they don't have it in stock.

Inadequate signs to find entrance. Dissapoited by bad displays. Very poor lighting. Shabby carpark area. Waste of my time.
