Leyland SDM Mile End | Decorating & DIY

Excellent customer services, this guys go above and beyond to make it happen. I contacted almost all the local DIY stores for a large order of paint. no one could deliver or take responsibility for a £2200 of paint.

Visited the Leyland Store at Mile End left as a disappointed customer a fellow member of staff in the name of Richard I believe was not helpful at all he does know some what he is doing and some what not. He had also done me a wrong paint mix which had led me to start my project again all the way from scratch as it is ruined. it is very upsetting I will no longer be returning back to this store to get a paint exchange. I’ll find a supplier else where who can provide me good service. Terrible and ashamed. Shame on you Richard!

Great customer service. One of the staff (blonde guy with a beard) gave an in depth run down of how to paint a room for the first time. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Good products for DIY around the house. Staff are really helpful. I was able to show pictures of what I was working on incl. cracks on walls and ceiling, they gave really good advice and guidance. Recommended to friends and family.

Fantastic range, quality of products and customer service. I'm not a DIY person and everytime I go in to ask for advice, I don't feel terrified of asking questions. The staff are attentive and excellent at their jobs.

Recently visited this store for the second time.

Was served by Marvin who helped me mix some paint, he was very polite, helpful and patient as he helped me get my paint to the correct shade of white.

Can say that my experiences at this store have been very positive, it seems customer service like this is very hard to come by - will definitely be back.

Have been coming here for a couple of years now and always been a 5 star experience. All the guys working here are super friendly, polite, and helpful - they know their stuff! Honestly the best team of staff I've ever met, doesn't matter who ends up assisting you.

I went to this store after my previous painter had bought the paint from Leyland and I wanted to do a refresh.
I was assisted by Attila and made to feel that my questions were not silly.
My paint was made to what I wanted and the attention and detail for mixing the colours to get what I wanted was 10/10. Was so chuffed to see the colour on the wall. I would 100% recommend the store and the service I received which was also 10/10!
