B&Q Salisbury

Good old B&Q , never fails. Good friendly staff and well set out.
How the guys Inside were not passing out from the heat, no air-con working, poor staff, poor customers. Keep smiling guys.

I got my Christmas tree from the B&Q. I am based in southampton but work in Salisbury. I went to the store in Hedgend and they did not have any trees in stock. I rang the Salisbury branch who were quick to reply and have the stock. When I went, I was helped with the netting of the tree and advice to look after the tree. The whole service was very good, everyone was polite and helpful.

The tree itself is very healthy and the price was very reasonable. I purchased the 6 foot tree which seems to fit well in our loving room and they have selections of decorations and tree stands.

Older staff seem happier in job polite friendly where as younger members of staff turned away seeing be trying to carry a couple of bits whilst using crutches as I'm disabled. Thank you to the kind older gent who got me a trolley.

Checked online for item I was after in store was in stock. It was. Used self service till. Not there last timed shopped in store. Much quicker than normal checkouts.

Helped by Nicky who told me how much she enjoys her job, which shows. You are lucky to have her B&Q - she was first class & great to see face to face retail, still has a valuable offering!

Great store staff really helpful too

Great range of products. Not always the best prices on market, but when they're at clearance it's a direct buy usually. Paints, tools, screws, shelves, tiles and whatever you may need for your home or job it's there.
Personnel is respectful, kind, with a smile on their face which makes you enjoy shopping there. Or doing shopping therapy... :P

After driving from Andover they didn't have the products I wanted. Even though their website said they had them in stock
