I went to see if the smaller store had a selection of flooring. Well it did, and a great selection, so purchase completed.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful and very happy.
Great store, seems like the smaller ones give that bit more 👍

Convenient location and wide selection of stuff — the garden section is pretty good (although the staff in that section are a little clueless and look bothered if you ask them a question). Otherwise, the employees can be very helpful. Today, for instance, Luke in tiling — who was in the middle of stacking a huge section of shelves — stopped what he was doing and patiently answered all our questions and then went with us to checkout to make sure our large order was being properly handled. Couldn’t have been more helpful or friendlier. Exemplary. A+++

Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of room in the aisles and at the checkouts. The store is all on the ground floor. There is also a gardening department which you can access from inside the shop.

Super helpful and friendly and go out their way to help. The store manager should be proud of such good staff!

Nipped in for masking tape and a plastic sheet to cover furniture. Found my items easily everything was well sign posted and didn't cost the earth either .

Howard on kitchens/ bathrooms was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, Friendly and very informative regards to my bathroom suit.

Reasonable size DIY store selling a variety of homewares, tools, building materials and gardening goods. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recently a number of self service tills have been installed to replace the checkouts.

Prices can be high, particularly for some smaller items. It’s always worth checking Screwfix prices online!

Not too busy bit pricey in some areas. Not always my first choice. Plenty of parking.
