A mid week visit. The store was reasonably quiet, plenty of available staff to assist if needed. Lots of end of summer season clearance sales all at reasonable prices. Store was well organised, items clearly marked, tidy and clean. This is my first go to store if I am looking to purchase anything for either inside or outside of my home.

Went in to take a look at kitchen designs. Two assistants talking about what they were doing on Saturday night.we were the only people in the kitchen section. We spent about 20 mins looking then decided to go to another show room. Potential customers lost.

Pants, bored of being refused collection of click and collect items I've ordered because I only have the card I used to pay for it on me. Only good thing about the place is the car park apparently as the teenagers meet up there most nights for a bit of a mini rave there, also good for racing RC cars and burger king is across the road for mid race snacks.

Excellent store. Been to quite a few B&Q's around my area & it's certainly one of the biggest & best stocked. Would highly recommend !

Been multiple times (almost every weekend for the first 6 months) since I purchased my new home. The staff at this store are always extremely helpful and kind and go above and beyond to help.

It's the first time I've been in here since lock down. Some people were in masks and some weren't. There was a sanitising station at the door but I noticed not a lot were using it.
Social distancing was still in place and I felt quite comfortable.
I was able to buy the exact item I went in for so I was happy at that and as I went through the checkout there was a clear shield to keep the operator safe, although she wasn't wearing a mask. Over all a good experience.
