I always find it hard to find what I want.
Take photos to compare in other stores.
They never have what I'm looking for but can guide you to one of their other stores.
I only want to buy everything from the same place.
Not go to Lichfield
Then Tamworth
Then to Burton. Why can't they stock everything in one store.

Served by a mature lady who did not acknowledge me at all! Scanned my products, didn't tell me how much the total was. Didn't ask for my B&Q card or even if I had one. I paid for my goods by card and given my receipt. Not one single word was spoken by the cashier not even an acknowledgement!!! Terrible customer service skills 😠

Thank you Tracey at Tamworth for being so helpful & informative about some paint i needed, i was trying to match with small piece off my wall. Great service, didn't have a clue about paint, even informed me how if left in tin for certain period of time, can split & just bring back & they could pop in machine to re-mix. Great customer service Tracey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The prices in B and Q appear to be rising quite sharply. I find it better to use a decent merchant or Tool Station.

Just brought some paint from Tamworth b&q. Went to the checkout tills, wasn't busy. One young lady serving us was so so miserable, we would have got more communication from a robot. Do young people know how to be polite and have manners these days or just give customers the silent treatment. Maybe b&q need to train some staff in customer social skills.

Much improved recently. Is now tidy and had most stock. Staff are friendly and helpful (when you can find one)

Excellent service with clearly brilliant staff. 'Paul' went the extra mile in particular and was thoughtful and kind whilst being efficient and helpful. Excellent!
