I am a trade customer and have been for over 20 years and I buy all of my upvc, aluminium and timber products from them. They provide me with good quality, durable products and I am always happy with the service.

Just had our very old windows at the back of our house replaced by Swift Home Improvements.
Fast, efficient and friendly service, providing high quality windows.
The installers were very polite, courteous and extremely tidy and well organised, making minimal mess and disruption, even hoovering thoroughly upon completion. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Needless to say, we will be using Swift Home Improvements again, to renew the windows at the front of our house.
If we had known how stress free the installation of new windows would be, we would have had them replaced years ago.
A big 'Thank You' to Swift Home Improvements, our windows look amazing!

Have used swift for past 10 years on all my rentals plus my home. Great service and excellent quality windows and doors. After care is second to none and am dubious of other reviews as think may have been referring to the Ashford company of same name. I have also recommended swifts to friends and family who all received great service.

Whilst the work completed was of a generally high standard, the time taken was unacceptable. We were originally told the job would take just over a week when in fact it took a month. The roof installer failed to turn up one morning before completing the job without warning and it took several phone calls to find out what was happening. He only returned a couple of weeks later to complete his work. Swift could not source a plasterer for the interior so we waited 3 weeks before the work was completed .

We used Swift to replace French doors and side windows in our lounge and dining room. They did an excellent and efficient job at what we considered to be a fair price. Would use them again if the need arose.

I had swift home improvement to install 3 panel bi fold after 4 years started to get white specks in the double glazing contact them last years to get them replaced heard nothing until last month numerous emails and phone calls I palm away excuses so finally had a date to get them replaced, so taken a day off work for the appointment was at 12pm then got phone call at 4pm saying the door glass was smashed when its was loading on van. Until this very day I have still not been contacted by swift on a ETA on panel replacement you wonder how long does it take to make 1 glass panel by the time its made my 10 years guarantee would if ran out absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent job. Fitter arrived on time, was efficient, tidy and friendly. Very happy with the outcome. Would definitely use again.

Swift replaced all windows (15!) + entrance door in our house. I ordered uPVC sash windows. They don't produce their own products, but work with well known factories, such as Rehau, Victorian Sash, Solidor. I found them after I did a query through Rehau factory. They advised contacting Swift Home Improvements as a local supplier they work with.
After Swift gave me a quote, I had 4-5 other quotes, some of which were much lower. I visited all the sites, spoke to company owners, looked at the materials quality and end product.
I liked Swift's offer most and they didn't let me down in the end!
They finished 90% of work in 7 working days, asked if they could come at weekend to finish rest of it. During the entire process they kept me informed by either contacting me or if I called, they always picked up the phone and always called back promptly.
Installation was done to a very high standard and more over any time I asked questions or gave comments, they were always positive, listened to me and were happy to do above and beyond (thanks to Rob and Ian!!).
Can't recommend more!
